2. Will you be able to commit to consistently and sustainably building your business?
3. Are you willing to learn?
THE BOTTOM LINE
Real estate can be a rewarding, flexible career choice as your full-time career or a complimentary one. However, you should think twice about just “hanging your license” or treating it as a passive pursuit.
