We now have the very best ocean-front executive beach home to rent to families. Our beautiful sandy pristine beaches reach for miles. Our home is between the Port where the Disney and casino ships sail from and the Cocoa Beach Pier with its many restaurants and attractions. We are minutes from the Kennedy Space Center and you can watch those launches from the privacy of your own balcony. Less than an hour's ride to Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, etc. 45 minutes from Orlando Airport. We are the closest beach to Orlando Airport. Sip your wine while watching dolphins playing in the surf and cruise ships sailing off to sea. Panoramic views from all rooms. Learn how to surf with our next door neighbor who gives private lessons and practice all week with my many surfboards that are offered. Ride one of the provided bikes down the beach to eat dinner at the Pier; play with the many surfboards and beach toys also provided. This beach house comes complete with everything you need to make your vacation a total success !!!!!

Enjoy private surfing lessons right in front of our home. Take a day deep sea fishing to win that trophy. Play golf at our more than 50 golf courses in Brevard County. The inside has a very large Rec Room with a regulation Pool Table, regulation air hockey table, foosball table, 80's Electronic arcade; and, of course, the outside has a tiki hut, tiki bar, large sectional, hot tub, fire pit, private beach area for the children and a great hammock under beautiful palm trees. Cook your favorite steaks with the provided large Grill !!!! Have a beach massage !!

Enjoy all of our beach amenities: surfboards, boogie boards, beach chairs, full line of baby furniture, Wireless Internet, 42' plasma TV's, X-boxes, hot tubs, pool tables, and, of course, the most breath-taking views of the ocean with its spectacular sunrises/sunsets

The family room also has a large balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean where you can either watch cruise ships, the beautiful white sandy beach, a DVD, Video Tape on TV, surf the Net with free high-fast Internet service,, or sip those wonderful Margaritas while you watch the ships cruise into the port or those wonderful dolphins jumping in the surf. The unique high-end light furniture has a touch of class to this beautiful beach house.

This beach front home comes complete with professional surf boards, boogie boards, (all kinds of beach toys for the kids) chairs, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and etc. - all right there in your own personal garage.

The entire beach in Cocoa Beach / Cape Canaveral was just given a gorgeous facelift this past year with tons and tons of new sand added for your pleasure.

All homes are decorated by a professional designer for your enjoyment !!!!!!!!!!!!

Being centrally located you can either walk down the beach to some of the best restaurants on the Pier in Cocoa Beach or walk directly to the Port in Cape Canaveral

Maps and information about the area will be left in the kitchen at your arrival.

100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

The property was just a 3 minute walk to beach. Morning and evening view from balcony was incredible. We would sit and watch cruise ships come in and out of Port Canaveral. Plenty of room for our large family. Lots of things to do. House had everything you would need for a beach vacation. Hot tub and fire pits were pluses. Really enjoyed property!
