>Keep cotton in the mouth for 45 min by maintaining a firm pressure
>Remove the cotton placed with washed hands
>Apply ice on cheek at regular intervals (20 min every hour)
>Limit your physical efforts and don’t forget to rest
>Do not eat anything until the bleeding has stopped
